Privacy policy
Harbor Desk, Inc. ("Harbor Desk", "we") runs this website. This policy explains what we collect when you visit it or fill in one of its forms, what we do with that information, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. How we handle our customers' data inside the Harbor Desk product is set out in each customer's agreement.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill in a form, such as a demo request, we collect what you enter: usually your name, work email, company and company size.
- How you use the site. The pages you view, when you viewed them, the page that referred you, and basic browser and device details.
- Email engagement. If you receive email from us, whether you opened it and which links you clicked.
How we use it
- To answer your request, for example to schedule the demo you asked for or send the quote you asked sales for.
- To send you information about Harbor Desk that is relevant to what you have looked at. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
- To understand which pages and content are useful, and to improve the site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who processes it for us
We use Phave, a marketing platform, to run this site's forms, record page visits and send our email. Phave processes this information on our behalf and under our instructions. We may also share information with service providers that help us run our business, under contracts that require them to protect it, or when the law requires it.

Your choices
We record visits to this site unless you opt out. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, we do not record your visits.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to how we use it. To make a request, email privacy@harbordesk.example. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires, and then delete it.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above.
