The text, graphics, logos and other content on this site belong to Harbor Desk or the people who licensed them to us. You may use our logo and name as described on our brand page, to refer to Harbor Desk accurately. Don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.

Product features, plans and prices can change; the terms in your order form and subscription agreement are what apply to your purchase. Customer results described here are those customers' results, and yours will depend on your accounts, data and team.

When you submit a form, you confirm that the information is yours to share and accurate. Our privacy policy explains how we use it. You can unsubscribe from our email at any time.
Demos, pilots and quotes
Booking a demo or asking sales for a quote does not commit you to buy anything. Prices quoted on this site and in a demo are annual, in US dollars, and exclude applicable taxes. A paid pilot, where offered, runs under its own written agreement.
Customer names and results
Customers named on this site, including Tidewater Freight, Northwind Analytics and Lighthouse Payroll, have agreed to be named. Their logos and quotes are used with permission and remain theirs. Please don't reuse them without asking the customer.

This site links to sites we don't control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers and liability
This site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Harbor Desk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the effective date above. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
