Book a demo
See Harbor Desk on accounts like yours.
A 30-minute call with a customer success specialist, not a sales script. Tell us a little about your team and we'll come prepared.
What happens on the call
- Ten minutes on your team. How many CSMs, how many accounts, how you track health today and where renewals surprise you.
- Fifteen minutes in the product. Health Scores, Playbooks and the EBR Builder, on a sample book of accounts built to look like yours.
- Five minutes on next steps. Which plan fits, what a 30-day rollout looks like, and a straight answer on price.
Who it's for
VPs and Heads of Customer Success, Chief Customer Officers and CS Operations leaders at B2B SaaS companies with 50 to 2,000 employees. Bring a CSM if you can: they'll ask the questions that matter.

Questions people ask before the call
- Do we need to share our data for the demo?
- No. We use a sample book of accounts built to match your company size and segment. If you want to see your own data, we can set up a paid pilot after the call: 30 days on Growth or Enterprise, credited against your first year.
- Is there a free trial instead?
- No. A health score needs your data to mean anything, and a trial without it shows you nothing. The demo is the quickest way to see whether Harbor Desk fits.
- How long does it take to go live?
- Most teams are live in 30 days, with Health Scores running on their full book of accounts in the first two weeks. Premium Onboarding adds a dedicated implementation lead and is included on Enterprise.
- Which systems do you connect to?
- Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, Segment, Snowflake, BigQuery and Slack. Your CRM stays the system of record.
- What does it cost?
- Starter is $24,500 a year with 10 CSM seats, Growth is $57,000 a year with 25 CSM seats, and Enterprise starts at $122,000 a year with 50 CSM seats. The pricing page has the details, and we'll give you a straight number on the call.
What CS leaders say after the call
"I got roughly a thousand hours a quarter back for my team. They spend it talking to customers, which was the point of having a customer success team in the first place."
